Sinopsis: Aún no ha llegado el verano, pero Javier y su padre David adelantan su regreso al pueblo. Su abuela Leo, está muy enferma.
Javier es un niño muy especial, sobrenatural, con un lado oscuro. La relación entre padre e hijo ha sido fría y distante desde la muerte de la madre. La vuelta al pueblo trae recuerdos y juegos con Laura, su amiga desde la infancia, quien parece ser la única que no ve a Javier más allá de lo que es, un niño.
Sin embargo la muerte del abuelo de Laura enfrenta a la niña a Javier, a quien responsabiliza de la muerte. Esto unido la gravedad de la enfermedad de Leo, hace que Javier tome conciencia de su propia naturaleza y decida enfrentarse a los verdaderos causantes de tanto dolor… aquellos de los que no se habla.
Javier and David, his father, bring forward their return to the village, arriving before the summer. His grandmother, Leo, is seriously ill. Javier is an unusual child, supernatural, with a dark side. His relationship with his father has been cold and distant since his mother’s death. The return to the village brings back memories and games with Laura, who’s always been his playmate. She seems to be alone in not seeing anything in Javier beyond the child that he seems to be.
Laura’s grandfather dies, which creates a confrontation with Javier, as she blames him for the death. This, together with the severity of Leo’s illness, leads Javier to realize just what he is. He decides to face up to the real culprits of so much pain, those who are never mentioned…
