Julio, un ingeniero celular, está a punto de abandonar la Tierra en un viaje de trabajo, para no volver jamás. Para contentar a su mujer y a su jefe, crea un clon: Julio 2.0. Sin embargo, antes de la partida, Julio 2.0 les dice a Julio y a su mujer que seguirá haciendo el trabajo de Julio, pero que el matrimonio ha terminado.
